"Booking Littleluggage was so very convenient over the Internet, and all of our inquiries regarding details were answered promptly and professionally. When we arrived in San Francisco, all of our requested equipment (stroller, high chair, video and movies) was waiting in our hotel room. All the equipment was in excellent shape - virtually brand new and very clean.
"The hotel had supplied a crib, but one look at it and we realized our son would never sleep in it - too flimsy, too small. One phone call to Littleluggage that evening and the next morning at 8 a.m. they arrived and assembled a full size crib, of even better quality than our one at home, complete with beautiful, clean bedding. "I reserved what I needed only a few weeks before Thanksgiving and on Saturday just before my family flew in, someone from Littleluggage was at my door. They assembled the crib and put fresh linens on it; they installed the child safety seat in my car and they even thought to adjust the baby gates to fit the top and bottom of the staircase. I can't say enough about what an incredible service this is. To buy everything I needed would have been expensive and a waste, when you consider it might only be needed a couple of weeks a year. And for everything I needed, even if I had purchased it or found used items, I would have had to rent a truck to get it all to the house.
