Self Pick Up & Return

For San Francisco pick ups, an appointment must be made to meet at our warehouse in the Shurgard Building at 99 South Van Ness, main entrance on 12th St, San Francisco.

Returns can be made to the Shurgard rental office at the same address on your specified return date. No appointment is necessary for returns. Drop off hours are M-F 8am-7pm, Sat 8am-4pm, and Sun 11am-4pm. Free parking available. Instruction on how to use any rental item or installation of car seats will not be given by staff for self pick ups. Please organize delivery if you feel instruction or installation will be needed and your driver will assist. Full Size Cribs and Mini Hotel Size cribs have to be delivered and installed. They are not available for self pick up.

No reservation - no equipment. Late returns will be charged daily until returned.
