A Littleluggage representative will contact you by your preference, phone or email, within one business hour to confirm availability and make payment arrangements. You will be charged the full amount of your rental request to secure your reservation. |

Delivery and set up arrangements will be made to best suit your travel requirements by your Littleluggage representative. |
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pick up or delivery will be charged 50% of the full reservation amount or receive full company credit to be used at a later date of travel. All other circumstances are subject to immediate full refund. |

All pre-rented equipment is donated to children's charities. |
