Yes, all items with the exception of cribs can be left at the bell desk under your name or left in your room, once permission to do so is organized between yourself and the hotel. Bell desk deliveries should be returned for pick up under the name Littleluggage. Cribs must be set up in your presence.

We will be staying at a private residence; can delivery be made prior to my arrival and returned after my departure? |

Can we be met at the Airport? |
| A. |
Our Lincoln Town Car service can meet you curb side at baggage claim upon
arrival. Once a reservation is made, you will be given a Toll Free number to
call your driver. The Town Car will be waiting for you in a holding lot at
San Francisco international Airport. Once you are ready for it, the Town Car
will be curbside to greet you within 30 seconds after you place your call. A
child car seat will be fitted in the Town Car if needed. We will provide
transportation to and from your final destination where your equipment
rentals will be waiting. If a child car seat is needed during your stay, a
separate one will need to be rented. We do not deliver equipment to the
airport due to FAA security policies.

What if I am not satisfied with the condition of the equipment delivered? |

We are confident you will be satisfied with the condition of the equipment. We conduct safety inspections and sanitize each piece of equipment before each rental. If you are not satisfied with the equipment, we are happy to replace it as soon as possible.

What are the rental terms? |

Rental terms and conditions are clearly communicated on the back of your rental invoice. We ask you to read them carefully before signing.

When will my credit card be charged? |
| A. |
You will be charged the full amount of your rental request to secure your reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pick up or delivery will be charged 50% of the full reservation amount or receive full company credit to be used at a later date of travel. All other circumstances are subject to immediate full refund.

How far in
advance should I make a reservation? |

You should place your reservation as soon as you know your
travel dates. Availability of equipment is confirmed when a reservation is made.

Why should I rent instead of traveling with my own equipment? |
| A. |
The reasons are many and varied - |
|
- It is additional and often bulky luggage.
- You may have to pay surcharges for extra luggage on certain airlines, especially with International flights.
- With increased security at Airports globally. Increased luggage per person equals a longer check in process for all.
- Airlines can on occasion damage and loose your equipment in transit, claims are difficult to file and rarely are compensated in such instances.
- Traveling with a child is a much more comfortable and pleasurable
experience, knowing all your baby's needs can be catered to at your final
destination.
